Individual - $95.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments An individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support services by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare services. -OR- An individual employed by a management organization, hospital - hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare services. -OR- Healthcare providers - clinicians who hold an active license in the state to provide medical/clinical care.

Group 1 - $900.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 10 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments [5-10 Members] A Group Membership is applicable to the Individual Member category.

Group 2 - $1,275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 15 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments [11-15 Members] A Group Membership is applicable to the Individual Member category.

Group 3 - $2,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 25 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments [16-25 Members] A Group Membership is applicable to the Individual Member category.

Group 4 - $3,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 40 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments [26-40 Members] A Group Membership is applicable to the Individual Member category.

Group 5 - $7,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments [41+ Unlimited] A Group Membership is applicable to the Individual Member category.

Affiliate - $180.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual who is employed by, or an owner of, any entity providing products and/or services to healthcare providers. Including, by way of example only, insurers, physician network administrators, healthcare vendors or similar providers.

Student - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual enrolled full time as a student in a healthcare degree or business related degree program at an accredited institution of higher learning including, by way of example only, community colleges, universities, technical colleges, postgraduate or fellowship programs.
