Aisha is the AAPC Richmond Virginia chapter President and has been active with her local chapter for the last 10 years.
She has over 20 years experience in healthcare and currently works as a provider educator. She has experience in compliance, auditing, E&M, governmental audit response, and risk adjustment coding.
Ms. Hollingsworth is also a participant in the 2025-2026 AAPC National Emerging Leaders Program and serves locally on the HIM program advisory board at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
She believes the desire to learn is a powerful quality. She is happy to call herself a career student and is excited for the opportunity to continue to learn with the Richmond AAPC Chapter and encourage others to do so as well.
